If a product offered by ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product.
With respect to items sold on ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE
All of ISLIE products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

For greater security, we have enabled our systems for Verified by VISA and Mastercard Secure Code facility, applicable to VISA and MASTERCARD respectively. This is an additional security measure necessitating you to enter a password which only you, the card holder, can have access to. Also, ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com does not capture any such passwords and you enter this directly into a bank secure system.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit / debit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. This happens due to problems with your card issuing banks servers. You must try again till you get a successful notification.
At times the bank payment servers or your issuing banks payment servers may be down, in which case a message will be posted informing you of the same. Under such circumstances, you can continue shopping and add items to the bag which would then be saved and you can come back later and complete the payment transaction within 24 hours.
Payment on your card bill will appear in your local currency (as per the norms of your card issuing bank). Your card will be charged in Indian currency as per prevailing rate of exchange and charge policies of your card issuer.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 5 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Once received, we follow the quality check process and the customer care team at ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com will update on refund or exchange. Please contact us on info@ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com to assist you on the same.
Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:
The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days.
An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at info@ISLIEbyPriyaJain.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
